We want you to enjoy wearing your jewelry as much as we enjoy making it!
We offer 1-year warranty services including professional cleaning, polishing and repair for all jewelry pieces. 

• Jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (Certificate is required). 
• Depending on the severity of the damages or availability of gemstones, restoration service may not be guaranty.
• We provide free of charge service except for the following reasons: severe damage and scratches, product lost, re-plating, engraving etc.
• Customer are responsible for the shipping cost and additional fees that may occur during the services.
• The services may take 7-15 business days after we receive the jewelry.
